  • Hi!

I just want to let everyone know about a Yahoo Group that I started 3 years ago. It is called Latebloomers of Baton Rouge. We are a group of 50+ parents of developmentally delayed children. Some with diagnosis and some without. We support and help each other while navigating the world of special education and therapies. Please feel free to join us at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/brlatebloomers/

We are here to help when you need us. (Sorry but therapist and teachers are not allowed)

    Thanks!

  • This is a wonderful idea. I only wish I had it when my daughter was younger. There is so much information and help out there that families do not know about. If I had one piece of advice that I could give is - "Don't ever take no for an answer."
